Went out sourcing again with my girls + Jo! (I love how there are 3 Jos hanging out together, hahaha!) I ended up with a huge bag of goodies and we couldn’t possibly lug it to town, so Jo and I went to drop it off at my house first. (Hasyna went off to collect her As result :D) Was 40mins late when we reached town to meet Iris.

I think i live under a rock until today.

Twas my virgin trip to ION and 313, and wowwwwwww. I think i went crazy in New Look, haha! In Iris’ words, ” a pricier version of Cotton On.” F21 and ZARA is like literally paradise for the hard core shoppers. Of course i had to get smth(!)- 2 new additions to my wardrobe, one of which an early birthday present from my aunt(<3).  I really wanna go back asap and randomly, Daiso with the cousins! Practically a treasure cove. My geek specs were from there, and it doesn’t look 2 bucks to anybody.

That aside, i think you can practically guess what I’ve been up to since the hols started. It’s rather stressing but i am enjoying the total experience! 5000 things to do, late nights, worries = satisfaction! Hard to believe, i know. But, i do have a goal and at least I’m working towards it. I don’t want this holiday to be over, and when i look back only to regret(like what i have done past holidays haha).

Done with school for this week!

Gonna be off from sch starting tmr, to Sunday. :) My mommy’s birthday is tmr, then the next day the whole family’s trooping down to collect my baby sis’s PSLE results! I’m excited, worried and everything but i trust that everything will fall into place. Just like mine, hehe.

Had dinner at NorthPoint just now with Ryan, Fyda & her BF! While waiting for her to finish her IG meeting, i got one of the best calls in my life! Hehe, haha, hoho. AMELIA DARLING PASSED HER DRIVING TEST & GOT HER DRIVER’S LICENSE!!! I’m overjoyed! I totally trust her driving skills and i can’t wait for her to get a car and drive me when we meet up! :D  How time flies right!

PP assessment is this Saturday. Managed to collect my poster today! I’m very pleased with the outcome, but not with myself. I actually made some careless grammar & spelling mistakes urgh! If i were feeling any reckless, i would go reprint it again at 20 bucks. Like Fyda said, we are.. little perfectionistas. Oh! And yes, i’m dedicating my first bridesmaid experience to her. In say, 4 more years? HAHA! <3

Annual X’mas celebration is so so so early this year. Just next Saturday at my house! For me, the X’mas spirit is still not here yet. How can it be here 20 days before the actual day?? I’m only looking forward to the shopping part, HAHAHA.

A new beginning

HELLO.

Im currently sitting at TTSH’s Starbucks, with my lappie and no drink. The queue is annoyingly long and has been for the past 2hrs. Feeling really thirsty but im very comfy here. Anyway, this week must be called The Jodi Week.  I havent seen her for a year, and so when she asked me out for brunch on Tues i agreed.

We went to Astons at Cathay, and caught up with each other about stuffs. Well you can say, she totally changed me in one day. We went to this splendid little shop which sells pretty things like listographies and notebooks and so much more. I got charmed and i started thinking about a job there ‘cos it only requires 10hrs, 1 weekday and 1 weekend. Me, getting a job! Me, the spoilt cab lover hahaha. (No, i have not officially applied yet.)

While browsing thru the items, we were talking abt the holidays and it turned out that we were looking to getaway from SG. Only because we couldnt find company so we didnt. A real big LOL right. Conincidence! So we are now looking for a holiday package to Gentings this coming weekend. Yeah, last week of holidays. Her enthusiam is so infectious, it passed on to me and wouldnt get out haha. Of course, last min travel planning is kinda hard so even if we can’t go, we’ll go to a better place this Dec. :)

Im feeling a slight pain in the shoulders right now, because Jodi asked me out again to sun tan. Yeah, me sun tanning. Weird or what! Hahah. Im so fair, no sun can bring me down man. I only got a lil sunburnt and some redness around my arms which i think may unleash some pain tonight heh heh.

(Aren’t i doing things which i usually don’t do? Jodi, if you see this its all your faulttttttt HAHA.)

Im starting to feel wobbly. Had no food yet because im meeting my mom, cousins, aunt and uncle for dindin at Nihon Mura. Yes, BUFFETTTTTTTT. I think. Hahahaha.

Im in love with Mary Janes right now.

So im selling them! :) Pretty surprised i’ve alrd got a few orders in 3 days. Cheap okay, one for $11 with meetups. Discounts for family and friends! Hahaha. Wth! Its only 6.14pm. I’ve been crapping so much but its not 7 yet. Gonna replay Plants Vs. Zombies!

Happy Daddy’s Day!

Cousins at my house.

Went to the library earlier with my sisters, and then bought my dad a gift. My Cotton On shoes are worn out already, so we went to get new ones. :D Met the cousins then brought them home. We really need to buy poker and UNO cards to amuse ourselves. (Next time, promise!) Played Bratz Monopoly instead. LOL.

And i forgot to pack my room before they came, so it looked like this.

Back from hiatus! :D

I had a really great day yesterday! (: I woke up with a headache in the morning, but then i felt all better when i saw those text and FB msgs. :D Thankyou so much! It really made my day haha.

I went to choir first, and they got me a board with handwritten msges haha!

And i received a few presents too.  *Takes a deep breath* Thankyou Zhiting, Marissa, Layling, Ruiting, JingNing, Sihui, Wendy, Lifang, Ivy and Aurea! :D Im really so touched at this point. Then we got back to school from VCH where they were having practice. I was wondering why there was meeting when i didnt receive any msg about it. I went to the canteen and i got presented with a cake and a happy birthday song haha! Although the harmonisation was a little off (LOLS), i really appreciate it! :D I love the comm and Jess Gan to bits okay haha. Now that i think back, i spent my last 2 birthdays with them as well lols!

Afterwards i rushed home to meet Maira to pass her the jacket. Thank god she loved it haha! Then i went to meet Jiaying at her bus stop and Zumei at the vege store. :D

During the hiatus, i went with the choir to their many outings like Meet the Maestro concert. Then i went out with Brother for lunch and to Haji Lane to see see lols! But YL didnt come, and it felt like something was missing haha. Then i met up with Fionn and Maira and went to choir together! What a rare occasion haha. Finally saw Fionna! :D I think i talked non-stop ‘cos i was updating her about stuff.

And i went to HK and back!

It was awesome there. Especially the weather. I dont think anybody sweats there hahaha.

And then i updated GFL with Jo. (:

The day we took photos for this we went to the airport afterwards with the family and had a wonderful dinner. Actually the airport is quite a gd place to hang out at haha. :D

School’s reopening pretty soon. Half dread and half looking forward to it… And im finally gonna meet up with rinko!

Raindeers on a rainy day

Went out shopping with Jo & Iris today! First time going out tgt haha. It was raining super heavily at Bugis and we got wet. Thank gdness i brought a brolly with me. Went to Vivo afterwards and got a free ride home. :D

Lucky

Im finally at home! On thursday, a trip to Jo’s house ended in a sleepover for 2 days haha. It was so productive for me. I finally got round to selling my unwanted stuff, read finished a book, watched HSM 3. I even woke up at 10 each day haha! My stayover ended today when we drove to my house for Ah Gong’s pre-birthday celebration. I can’t believe that in the 2 days that i’ve been gone, insects are taking over my home. Mozzies, lizards under the sofa and kitchen, flying cockroaches attack at my relatives when they were going back. Yuck.

Anyway, this is the product of my stay.

Jo and i put alot of effort in it. The purpose of opening it wasn’t to run a business selling clothes. It was because we bought a lot of clothes on impulse and we didnt even wear them. Thankfully we had a good headstart for we already sold 2 pieces. :D

To the moon and back

I had a wonderful Christmas today. :D The family came over and we had lotsa fun! My grandparents didnt look too well though. :/ Was troubling me because they have always been so healthy, prolly more than me as well. Although i don’t see my maternal grandparents often as compared to my cousins, i love them very much. I will pray for them to get well soon.

And the cousins made my day! Haha. Ended up playing lotsa card games. We UNOed, GoldFished and Murdered. LOLS. Its good to see them once in a while and share about our lives. Sandra’s posted to Canberra Sec, Iris is still waiting for her O lvl results, Sarah-Ann still rushing her homework (lols!) and Jo’s worried about her individual oral presentation. *hugs* Meeting them really really soon again! :D

Time flies. Christmas is over in the blink of an eye. New Year’s on the way! :D So is school. ):

But all the same, I’m happy and grateful for lots of things. Everything was meant to be.

I love my cousins!

Relatives came over to my place to celebrate Ah Ma’s birthday. She’s 68 alrd. :) But i think Ah Ma and Ah Gong is starting to forget things. They confused my cousin’s names lols. All the cousins are going to watch a movie soon! But there are not much shows, so we are waiting for 27 Dresses i think. Cant wait haha. We’ve never gone out together before. Meeting Amelia this friday to catch a show. On the way go back to school to collect the money. :D Watched Brown Sugar Macchiato & My Lucky Star. Watched and watched and watched. SUPER NICE! :D
